GRO.data is a universal, campus-based repository for research data, accessible through the Göttingen Research Online portal under the Göttingen eResearch Alliance and the Academic Cloud. Data can be securely stored, edited, and managed with version control. Individual datasets or collections can be shared with collaborators, and data can be published with accompanying metadata and a persistent identifier. The service is built on the open source platform Dataverse and is integrated into a secure infrastructure that supports single sign-on, identity management, and automated backups. Access is provided in compliance with applicable data protection and security standards.
