NFDIxCS contributes to ELSA Factsheets on Data Protection & FAIR Principles
The NFDI Section ELSA has published factsheets on FAIR data and GDPR. NFDIxCS contributed to the first, co-authored by Patrick Brunner and focused on GDPR-compliant consent.
The ELSA section of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) has published a new series of factsheets addressing the relationship between FAIR data management and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The NFDIxCS consortium contributed to the development of Factsheet 1: “Consent – FAIR and GDPR-compliant”, with Patrick Brunner (FIZ Karlsruhe - Leibniz-Institut für Informationsinfrastruktur) as a contributing author. The consortium’s affiliation and DFG project number are listed in the document.
