 ith Software Heritage“.\n\nAnschließend stellen die GI-Vizepräsidenten Ulri
 ke Lucke und Michael Goedicke das frisch gegründete Konsortium „Nationale F
 orschungsdateninfrastruktur für und mit Computer Science“ (NFDIxCS) vor. Mi
 t dem Projekt wird beabsichtigt, die FAIR Data Principles für Informatik-Fo
 rschungsdaten sowie Software-Artefakte umzusetzen, die Zitierbarkeit von So
 ftware und Informatik-Daten zu vereinfachen und damit die Pubikationsprozes
 se und -kultur sowohl in der Informatik als auch in ihren Anwendungen zu mo
 dernisieren. NFDIxCS soll ein Forum für die Diskussion über Formate von Inf
 ormatik-Forschungsdaten, Metadatenformaten und Semantiken bieten und auf al
 lgemein akzeptierte Standards, insbesondere für die nachhaltige Speicherung
 , das Auffinden und Zurverfügungstellen von Informatik-Forschungsdaten hinw
 irken.\n\nZum Vortrag „Towards software as a first-class citizen in the sch
 olarly world with Software Heritage“: Software, and software source code in
  particular, is a fundamental pillar of modern scientific research, across 
 all fields and disciplines: it may be used as a tool, it may be the result 
 of a research work, and it may be an object of study. However, there is a g
 eneral lack of adequate means to archive, reference cite, study and analyze
  software source code. Software Heritage is a non profit, multistakeholder 
 initiative that is building the universal archive of software source code, 
 a key infrastructure to address these pressing needs. After framing the mai
 n issues at stake, we will explore the functionalities already offered by S
 oftware Heritage, and report on recent contributions to the ongoing efforts
  to develop proper processes, guidelines and recommendations for archiving,
