  discuss how digital skills can be strengthened across the scientific syste
 m.\n\nWithin this framework, NFDIxCS contributes its expertise in research 
 data management and sustainable software practices. The consortium presents
  its approach to fostering competencies at the intersection of data steward
 ship, software development, and FAIR-aligned infrastructures for computer s
