DESCRIPTION:IDC 2023 takes place from 2–6 October 2023 on the island of San
  Servolo and follows a single-track conference format combining talks, work
 shops, poster sessions, and keynote contributions. The event provides an in
 ternational forum for scholarly exchange in the field of human–computer int
 eraction.\n\nWithin this framework, the NFDIxCS consortium plays an active 
 and visible role as co-organizer and institutional partner. Under the thema
 tic framing “NFDIxCS meets Human–Computer Interaction,” the consortium cont
 ributes to the conceptual design of the programme and supports dedicated ex
 change formats addressing questions of research data management in computer
  science.\n\nFurthermore, the costs of the 2023 edition are covered by the 
 NFDIxCS consortium, underlining its strong institutional commitment and str
 ategic engagement. Through this involvement, NFDIxCS strengthens its intern
 ational visibility, fosters dialogue with the HCI community, and advances t
 he integration of sustainable research data practices into disciplinary con
 texts.
