E-Science-Tage Heidelberg: Tandem Talk on Secure Infrastructures and Protection of Personal Data
From March 12 to 14 NFDIxCS will take part in the E-Science-Tage conference at University of Heidelberg. The motto of this years conference is “Research Data Management: Challenges in a Changing World!”. The E-Science-Tage is an interdisciplinary conference series of the topics of reseach data management and open science.

Part of the program will be a Tandem Talk by Patrick Brunner (FIZ Karlsruhe) and Stefan Bavendiek (University of Hamburg) on "Sichere Infrastrukturen und Schutz persönlicher Daten: Lösungsansätze in der Entwicklung des NFDIxCS Research Data Management Containers" (German-language)
The lecture presents essential considerations for archiving research data openly and securely in the long term and making it reusable for other researchers in a legally compliant manner. Using the RDMC as an example, the speakers will provide an insight into helpful tools, techniques and templates, but will also talk about challenges that have not yet been resolved.
